We currently ship to select countries, ensuring the best customer experience. Discover if your country is on our list.
We aim to dispatch your items promptly, typically within 1-3 working days depending on stock levels. Orders are usually processed the next working day, but selecting our special delivery option ensures prioritized handling.

We offer a range of courier services tailored to your location, including standard and express options for all orders.
Delivery times vary based on courier and location, typically ranging from 2 to 3 working days for shipments within the UK, and up to 7 working days for international orders. Please note that deliveries to remote areas may take additional time.
All deliveries are tracked and some require a signature upon receipt.

Return & Refund Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges just contact me within 14 days of delivery and we arrange the return. I don't accept cancellations in customised orders, because you design it and it can't be back to sell ( it includes the initial bracelets).

The items have to be return in the same conditions that you received it unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless is something defective.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We'll refund your purchase within 5 days of receiving it. Your original payment method will be credited for the item cost minus delivery charges (exceptions may apply). It may take your credit card company 4-7 working days to process the refund.
Please note refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser's card.
